3. If the demo import has failed, it could be due to server limitations or incorrect configurations. Kindly ensure that your server meets the recommended requirements for the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/
Before proceeding with the import, please ensure that all third-party plugins are disabled. If this does not resolve the issue, we would be happy to assist you with the import process. In order to do so, we kindly request temporary wp-admin access.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
