Xstore core causing site slow and critical error

Hlw, i m a new user of this templte witj tons of features, l Loved most, but the probelm is
Xstore core plunging is too much slow and causes site critical error,
No one can brows the website, some time my website shows 500 error, but after deactivating xstore core, all seems to be okay. Website is too much faster, and no error, but xstore core has lots of features,
So how can i solve the issue,
