    Hi, after the update the website came offline.
    The core plugin gives problems and has now disappeared.
    I have done all the patches, which are often re-patched anyway.
    How can we fix the site?

    We could not stay with the site locked and restored the backup from the day before.
    You should check your plugin to prevent it from sending websites made with x-store offline again.

    Hello, Gabriele,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We would like to inform you that we are currently unable to access your website’s backend as the provided WP-Admin credentials appear to be invalid. To assist you further and thoroughly review your settings, we kindly request that you provide valid WP-Admin access in the private content area.

    2/ We kindly request you to temporarily deactivate any cache plugins on your website and reapply the XStore patch.

    3/ We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the issue you’re experiencing with the WooCommerce plugin showing a critical error after the update, we recommend the following steps to help resolve the problem:
    Go to XStore Patcher > click on Refresh patches > click on Apply all patches
    Read more – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

    4/ If the patch comes back after applied, Please, check the latest answer on that topic -> https://www.8theme.com/topic/patcher-shows-updates-available-even-after-i-applied-them-a-hour-ago/#post-363427. There is described a solution that should be useful for you, by adding the next code to your child-theme/functions.php:

    add_filter('xstore_patches_done_reset_on_update_themes', '__return_false');

    Note: there is no need in downloading files because such code is already built-in in the update that was already released.

    We hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    The 8theme’s team
