Hello. While everything is fine, I wake up the next day and see a critical error on my website. Although the php version is up to date, I update it again and the error is temporarily fixed. But hours later, my website is not working again. Again, Composer gives the php version error. I apply the Xstore patches. I am currently accessing the wordpress admin panel, but my website’s homepage is blank and does not work.

    Hello, WaawStore,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We would like to inform you that we are currently unable to access your website’s backend as the provided WP-Admin credentials appear to be invalid. To assist you further and thoroughly review your settings, we kindly request that you provide valid WP-Admin access in the private content area.

2/ Please downgrade the PHP version from 8.3.15 to 8.1 or 8.2. Not all plugins are compatible with your current version. Your hosting provider can take this action at your request.

3/ After that enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction and what needs to be fixed.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
