Image setting – how to “auto-fit” image to box

Hi!
I’m looking for the setting to automatic fit the image to the box.
I normally (in other themes) have a setting where I can choose to stretch and crop the picture to fit the box size automatically.

I use a two colums grid, with a picture is to the left and a text box to right.
I have tried more or less all settings I can think of, but the image is either to large (so the textbox is to short) or vice versa. See the small screen shot.

so how do i get the image to strech/crop to the text box size?
