Not able to edit the slider in elementor

    We are not able to edit the slides in elementor as the elementor is getting stuck , please check

    1/ Unfortunately, we are unable to log in at the moment. Could you kindly consider temporarily disabling reCAPTCHA and testing the login process using the credentials you provided to us?

    We have disabled the captch for the time being now
    also we checked the above link and found there is no update

    Hello, JiPanditJI,

    Dashboard > Updates > click on “Check again” OR download XStore – Installable Archive from this page https://www.8theme.com/downloads , go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded.
    Then, download the Core plugin archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
    Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.

    We did the updatation but we are still not able to edit the sliders , Elementor just stuck there only

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    In this case, provide us with FTP access and we will check the problem more deeply.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
