Entire website changed without any changed made by me

Totally website changed. I am worried how it happened nothing change made by me.
Kindly rectify urgent basis

Our support team did not make any changes; it is possible that another person with access did so. If something has disappeared, you can contact the hosting provider to inquire about restoring a backup. If the changes occurred after updating the Elementor plugin or WooCommerce, You should also update the theme and core plugins.

Ok fine but I am only the person who have administrative access. Anyway we can restore the website by changing minor things and then backup the same after updation. Thanks for your efforts and kind co-operation
