Website is too much sloe its using 100% of cpu all time

Hlw, im very disappointed with this theme, its vauses various type of problems
From the beginning of installation my website is runing too much slower and its uses 100% of a vps cpu all time its 8 core an 12 gb ram, for better expresince i changed the hosting.provider but nithing happen, plese help me for this or i hav ti get refund and choose another theme,
