I am currently using the XStore theme for my WordPress+WooCommerce store and have encountered an issue related to structured data on my single-product pages. It appears that the theme does not include Product type schema markup by default, which is essential for SEO and rich results in search engines.
When the XStore theme is enabled, I noticed that only the BreadcrumbList structured data is present in the page source when searching for

    Dear @celisibing,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As a valued user of the Elementor Pro plugin, we kindly recommend contacting their premium support team regarding this issue, as it appears to be related to their code and has not yet been resolved. You can find more details about the issue here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/9529.

Since our Single Product Builder is based on Elementor, it would be necessary for their team to address this matter directly. Once you receive a response or solution from Elementor’s support team, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share it with us. This will allow us to assist other customers who may encounter the same issue.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

I conducted a test, and it turns out that the issue is indeed with Elementor PRO. When I disabled Elementor PRO, everything worked fine. However, this led to another problem: my website is now missing certain CSS styles and modules because of the absence of Elementor PRO. These missing elements are from the Xstore demo. When I purchased the Xstore theme, the FAQ mentioned that no additional paid plugins were required, but now it seems that’s not the case.

    Dear @celisibing,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We would like to clarify that certain modules within our theme are designed to load only when the Elementor PRO plugin is active. This is because some widgets rely on specific functions or hooks that are exclusively available within the Elementor PRO plugin. As a result, while it is not mandatory to use Elementor PRO or any particular widget, some functionalities of our theme are inherently tied to the features provided by this plugin. Consequently, you may notice certain modules in XStore becoming inactive on your website if Elementor PRO is disabled.

Have you had the opportunity to contact Elementor PRO’s support team regarding this matter? Since the issue originates from their code, it would be most appropriate for their team to address and resolve it. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be rectified on our end as theme developers.

We hope this explanation provides clarity regarding our position on your inquiry. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
