    Dear @Nicolo,

I hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly provide us with the correct FTP access to your website? This will allow us to review the server files and investigate the issue within the code of our theme.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Kind regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Dear @Nicolo,

We hope this message finds you well.

After thoroughly investigating the issue you reported, we have identified that it is related to the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin currently installed on your website. Upon reviewing the plugin’s code, we noticed that it rewrites templates from the WooCommerce plugin that are also modified in our theme. Unfortunately, these rewritten templates do not include the necessary hooks required by our theme to display the Advanced Reviews template correctly.

It is generally not recommended for plugins to rewrite templates from another plugin, as this can lead to compatibility issues. In this case, our theme – which should have higher priority – may also rewrite such templates, causing conflicts.

To resolve this issue, we recommend reaching out to the plugin’s author to address this limitation. Specifically, they should ensure that their code inherits templates from the active theme on the website, rather than rewriting them directly.

In the meantime, the only available workaround is to deactivate the “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin. This will allow the Advanced Reviews template from our theme to display as intended. We also suggest waiting for feedback or a resolution from the plugin’s support team.

Please let us know if you have any further questions or require additional assistance.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
