    1. I added elements from both Eight Theme and Woocommerce (products-widgets.png)
    2. I selected products on “Sale” (sale.png)
    3. Yet, none of them showing on the Home Page (home-page-on-sale.png)

I am including the admin credentials for you to check the issue, pls.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us

Could you please test if the same issue occurs when using a default theme, such as Storefront? (Appearance > Themes).
If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Best regards,

I tried but all the codes are showing up in the front end.

I installed the theme. If you’d like, please turn it on and try it.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We would like to address your concern regarding the display of elements from our theme appearing as code when another theme is activated. Specifically, you mentioned an issue with the default element functionality and the visibility of discounted products on the homepage.

After conducting thorough testing, we have determined that the issue you are experiencing is not related to our theme. Regardless of the activated theme, your discounted product does not appear on the homepage. This suggests that the problem lies elsewhere.

As part of our further investigation, we added a test product with a discount to your site. We observed that it is now displayed on the homepage twice—once through our theme’s element and once through the default element. This indicates that there may be a configuration issue with your product settings that is preventing it from displaying correctly, and this issue is independent of the theme being used.

In this case, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance in resolving the matter – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Should you have any additional questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
