as the topic states, it is visible for non logged users but not for logged in

support staff only.

As a registered user with administrator privileges, you have access to the uncached version of the website, unlike unregistered users who view the cached version.

1/ To potentially resolve your issue, we kindly request that you downgrade your PHP version to 8.0 or 8.1 and verify if the problem persists. Your hosting provider can do the downgrade at your request.

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
