    Hello, MiguelFlorian,

Thank you for reaching out to us. We appreciate your trust in our support as you navigate your journey as a new web developer.

    Regarding your inquiries:

    1. **Website Translation**:
To translate your website with your own words (manually, rather than dynamically), you can follow these steps:
    – Identify the specific areas or elements of your website that need translation.
    – You can utilize a plugin like **Loco Translate** to manually input your translations – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ . This plugin allows you to edit the language files (PO/MO files) directly and replace the default text with your custom translations.

    **Display Issues or Delayed Loading**.
To address elements that are not displaying properly or are loading with a delay, we recommend the following steps:
    – **Check for Plugin Conflicts**: Disable all third-party plugins temporarily and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the conflicting plugin.
    – **Optimize Website Performance**: Use tools like **GTmetrix** to analyze your website’s performance. These tools can help identify elements causing delays and provide recommendations for optimization.

    – **Update Theme and Plugins**: Ensure that your theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions, as outdated software can sometimes cause display issues.
    – **Clear Cache**: Clear your website’s cache (if you’re using a caching plugin) and your browser cache to ensure you’re viewing the most recent version of your site.
    – **Inspect Code**: If you’re comfortable with coding, use your browser’s developer tools to inspect the problematic elements and identify any errors in the console.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, please provide us with more details (e.g., screenshots, specific elements affected, or a link to your website), and we’ll be glad to investigate further.

We hope this information helps you move forward with your website development.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Thanks for your response,
I want to translate the content of my site.
For example, when I click on english it translates all my content and all the texts on my site into English, but by default the site content is in French.
the video I made doesn’t allow me to do this.

    Hello, MiguelFlorian,

Loco translate plugin is used for only a single language https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ , If you want to use your site in a multilanguage, then you have to use WPML (paid) or Polylang plugin (free) as per your requirements: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/
Or read this article – https://colorlib.com/wp/wordpress-multilingual-plugins/

We hope this information is helpful. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best regards,
