Orders are not getting placed, automated mails are not going

    Hi, Please see the attached image, our customer are not able to place the orders, as the place order button is showing a disabled.
    Also when we are processing the order from backend, suddenly the admin is not receivin the automated mail, also the customer is also not receiving any mails. Please check and resolve at the earliest

    We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

    We had already informed you that we have done this so many times and you are the last resort to be reported this error, so yuo need to understand this and appreciate this, this is the first thing we would have already done.

    Also this is s live website , which can not run on trial and eror by enabling and diabling the plugin every now and then, you have been shared with the credentials, please troubleshoot and do the needful at the earliest
