Issues with Cart Page Layout & Duplicate Products on Brand Pages

    Hello XStore Support,

    I am experiencing two main issues with my WooCommerce store using XStore:

    Cart Page Layout Issue
    • The columns are misaligned, causing elements like product names, prices, subtotals, and totals to be out of place.
    • Some

    elements overflow their designated columns, making the display inconsistent.
    • The issue is present on both desktop and mobile.
    • A similar misalignment occurs on the checkout page with order details.

    2️⃣ Duplicate Products on Brand Pages
    • On our brand category pages, some products are appearing multiple times instead of just once.
    • This happens inconsistently across different brands.
    • We haven’t modified anything recently that could explain this duplication.

    1/ Cart Page Layout Issue.
    We have reviewed the cart page and observed the following: https://prnt.sc/KVNmojQur_zQ Could you kindly clarify what specifically seems to be the issue and what changes you would like to implement?

    Similarly, regarding the checkout page, we kindly request that you provide screenshots and a detailed explanation of the aspects you find unsatisfactory. This will help us better understand your concerns and assist you more effectively.

    2/ To assist you more effectively, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating the issue and the steps leading to it. This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
    Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.
