Hi,
it seems that the 8Theme Menu Options is not showing in menu. How can I enable that?

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Hello, @chrisbond,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Let us know the results.

2/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Hi Tony,
I tried disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore, but it didn’t work.
When switching to Xstore parent theme, it worked.
So what is the solution for the child theme?

During your investigation, You activated the XStore parent theme on your website and found no issues. It appears that the problem is related to the Xstore child theme currently in use.

We recommend reviewing your child theme code customization or considering the use of a new child theme to address the issue.
