Shop Page only showing catalogue when logged in and same with terms and conditions

Please can you assist I have an issue with the site
it only shows products when logged in
not when users are not logged in (im not sure if it shows if its a client user but as admin it works)
it also does not show terms and conditions

its the above 2 pages that show when logged in but not when a user is not logged in

also the tax does not allow me to set tax per product to 25%
it defaults 25% to 20%
and higher numbers just calculate a random value

Additionally, we have adjusted the site visibility settings. Please navigate to:
**WooCommerce > Settings > Site Visibility > Select “Live” and save the settings.**

For your reference, we have provided an image in the private content area.

2/ Regarding set tax per product, please create new topic for new issue on our support forum to avoid any inconvenience and get prompt assistance.
