The shop page doesn’t show all my product

By defaut my shop page must be show all my product but it renders that screen.

How do i fix it that issue ?

I remind that I already add a new element named Archive product and I have had a same screen with the same message.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.

Let us know the results.

2/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

I started to disable my polylang pluging and my shop page shows my defaut content.

But I use that pluging on my website, and I have already set and configure my website with it.

How can I do now ?
