Header can’t insert from Header Builder via Elementor

Hello,
I recently install Xstore theme. But can’t insert header from Header Builder via Elementor.
When i press insert button, Its insert blank. What should I do?
How can I solve it?

1/ We kindly request that you navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Flexbox Container > change the value to “Active”.

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

3/ If the issue persist, Please provide your site wp-admin access in private content area so we can take a closer look at your settings and help you.
