Reset / lost password is not working for me

    Rest password is not showing me any options to enter email ID where I can receive the password. It was working fine 2-3 days back but now it’s not working. What could be the issue ?

    Files is visible for topic creator and
    support staff only.

    Working fine. Thanks @Rose Tyler . Is there anyway to avoid it at customer’s end ?
