Header Going bellow first row when scrolling

Hi,
How to fix header going bello first module on desktop?
When start scrolling down, it jumps down, but stays bellow first image.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

Chrome and Ffox…but now is gone….
Maybe cache, but was flushing it yesterday and problem persisted. Now just vanished.

I will mark as solved then, if come again, will raise ticket again.
