I just noticed that when I click a banner is not redirect to the product page but in the backend i already add the products. please check screen shots and link of my home page in private content area.

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
1/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
2/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Please note i did all the above settings but problem is still not solved. Third party plugins are still activated you can deactivate and debug the site. Login details are available in private area.

We have reviewed your website, added the new banners as requested, and did not encounter any issues. Kindly clear your browser cache and check again.
You should now be able to see the updated banners as per your requirements. If needed, you may update them further or remove any banners that are causing issues.
