How to Remove Pre-Installed Categories from XStore Theme?

Dear Team,

I have a question regarding the categories in the theme I am using.
When I installed the theme, some categories were imported, and I would like to delete them. Although I have created my own categories, the theme’s categories are still displayed on some pages.

It is worth mentioning that I have already checked under WordPress Menu > Products > Categories, but the solution is not there.

I am attaching the an image so you can see on the right side the pre-installed categories for your reference.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello, @nachodiaz,

Thank you for providing access to the WordPress admin panel.

We have reviewed your website and found that the mentioned categories are located in the WordPress dashboard under **Posts > Categories**. You can delete them from there as needed and save the changes accordingly.
