Hello! I have to websites with you
Fingocases.com
Fundascity.com
But both websites have the same problem. The site is very slow, it takes a long time to load the first time you log in. (then when you login again it loads faster I guess because of the cache). There are categories that take so long, for example in fundascity in the “Colecciones” section, all of them (fundas con nombre, spotify, diseños etc.) take so long that sometimes I get a 504 timeout error. I asked my hosting and they tell me that apparently it is a problem of the theme when loading the images, because they tried deactivated plugins and did not work. I leave you what they answered me textually:
“I have noticed that the page load time increases considerably because the application makes numerous calls to resized images such as "Case-silicone-black-Name-large-Blue-01-600×600.jpg," which the site cannot obtain.
The problem seems to originate in the thumbnail functionality of your website theme, XStore. Although the metadata for the attachment is present in the postmeta table and the resized image files are available in wp-content / uploads, the application still fails to retrieve these resized images when uploading product categories.

I have reviewed the XStore theme’s thumbnail functionality and WooCommerce settings, testing multiple options such as regenerating the images and manually updating the metadata on the test site. Despite these efforts, the application continues to make numerous requests for these resources and is unable to fetch them.
The problem seems to be related to the XStore theme features and how the thumbnails are generated. I recommend you contact the theme developers, as they are familiar with the inner workings of the theme and should be able to audit the current configuration of your website. They can advise you on the best approach to resolve these numerous failed resized image requests and provide a solution.”
Can you please help us if this is the problem or what other could be the problem, in both websites I have different plugins, photos, content etc, then it must be something else because both are very slow.
Thank you so much!
