At a certain point the site started giving this error “Fatal error: Allowed memory size…”

Currently on the server side we have allocated 2GB

If we deactivate the core plugin of the theme the site comes back online, we also restored the backup of the core plugin but nothing, it seems that there is something wrong with your theme, please urgently intervene, thank you

    Hello, Officina 2.0,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The error message “Fatal error: Allowed memory size…” typically indicates that the allocated memory limit has been exceeded. While you have already allocated 2GB on the server side, the issue may be related to specific configurations. Please contact your hosting provider about this error.

This one – https://prnt.sc/DXLE7D_s6k6E , we need to check more deeply. Please provide us with FTP access.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
