The XStore mobile menu doesn’t respond.。。

    I’ve tested many themes on , and this problem persists across all of them. The menu buttons on the mobile version can be clicked normally on iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. However, on most Android phones, as well as iPhone 12 and earlier models, the mobile – end menu buttons don’t respond to clicks. I’ve tested different mobile browsers, and even after turning off the plugins on WordPress, the problem still remains. This issue has been bothering me for several days. I hope the official customer service can resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    This is the first time I’m using XStore, and I’ve encountered this problem. The menu bar on the mobile version doesn’t work properly on many phone models. High – end phones like iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 work fine, but older models don’t. This is really confusing. The same problem also occurs on tablets. I hope this kind of problem can be solved as soon as possible.
