    Hi 8Theme’s Team,

In my online store, nutriprosport.com.pl, I have been manually adding attributes (variants) to product pages so far: Edit product -> Attributes -> Manual generation. Now, I wanted to implement a system-based solution in the Products -> Attributes tab, where attributes can be defined within the system. The main reason for this change is that I want to modify the way customers select product flavors (see screen1).

I created a test product where I defined pre-set flavors within the system. The product is called Test, and its ID is 6189. You can view it at this link: Test Product (password: nutriprosport12345).

Unfortunately, I am unable to select flavors in the same way as with my previous products using the dropdown list. Is there a way to achieve this? My main goal is to ensure that unavailable flavors are properly marked (either crossed out or displayed in gray). However, in the test product, even though it is available, it cannot be selected (screen2).

Could you help me with this issue?

    Best regards,
    Gracu

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Please update the theme and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/

2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

Do the same test for the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront. The issue may not be related to the XStore theme.

    Let us know the results.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
