I want to create two separate “catalogs” on one website, and I don’t want the categories from one catalog to be visible in the other. In other words, one catalog should display certain categories, while the other catalog should display different categories. How can I ensure that only the specific categories I want are visible in each catalog?

    Hello, TodorP,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

There is no such option, but to achieve similar functionality, you can consider the following approaches:

    1. Using Separate Menus: You can create two different menus, each containing links to the specific categories you want to display in each catalog. Then, assign these menus to different sections of your website.

    2. Category Restrictions with Plugins: There are various WordPress plugins available that allow you to restrict category visibility based on user roles or specific conditions. You may explore plugins such as “WooCommerce Catalog Visibility Options” or similar tools that provide category-based visibility settings.

    3. Custom Development: If you require a more advanced solution, custom coding may be necessary. A developer can help you modify the theme or use conditional logic to ensure that only the desired categories appear in each catalog.

We hope this information is helpful.
