I want to import header and sliding section from another theme

hello im currently using Minimal Fashion 03 theme but i like the header and sliding section of perfume theme so how can i impoer those 2 section in my current theme and also after implenmenting the section i want to edit the header section with customize x store header tool becuase with elementor its hard make responsive website so thats why i need to edit with customize xsore header editor so please tell me proper steps!

hello! but header is not transparent like that perfume theme!
i have set bg color to nothing for transparent but its not looking!
transparent can you please fix that!

thank you ! i have followed the instructions its working
i have one querry so you guys have 150 theme demos
so if i like feature or one container of another demo theme
so how can i copy that container from that theme to my current theme
please give me proper steps!
