Woocommerce e-mail not working, not delivery

    Dear Support.
    I have set the appearance for the woocommerce webshop, but unfortunately no email is received, neither for the order nor for the admin email. Contact form email is received, so there may be something wrong with the template. Can you help me what I did wrong?

    Additionally, please check how emails function when the XStore Email Builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    We also recommend testing the email functionality with a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront (Appearance > Themes), instead of XStore.

    Once you have completed these tests, please share the results with us.

    Before proceeding, we strongly advise creating a full backup of your website to prevent any potential data loss.

    If the issue persists regardless of the theme in use, it is likely unrelated to XStore. In this case, we suggest contacting your hosting provider to review the server mail log.
