More toggle on mobile pannel loads when clicked and not show the menu options.

when clicked, it simply reloads the homepage and does not show the options, I have created a separate menu for that more toggle named more toggle menu
it should simply show the options and not load.
how can it be fixed. Please guide.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

what third party plugins do you see that can be disabled?
anytime I reach out to you with an issue, all I hear is disable third party plugins.
I don’t see any plugin that I can disable.
and Xstore does not come with all necessary plugins.

Please suggest something
and provide an actual solution.

disabled all the plugins, cleared cache from the site and the browser.
Still the same issue.

Please help me fix this.

even tried using different phone browsers. (opera, chrome, brave, edge and safari)

same issue in all.

Could you kindly check the issue now? It appears that the Elementor page transitions are blocking the actions of certain toggles and simply triggering redirections upon clicking. Please refer to the following screenshot for reference: https://prnt.sc/QnoEiduJX8RI.

Now that’s an actual solution. Thank you Jack. Although I liked how well elementor’s placeholder looked, but sounds like it is what it is.
