    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

I have sent you the username and password to access the wp admin dashboard.
    The error is on wp-content/debug.log

As I have file-manager activated on the WordPress you can use it as FTP access to the files and folders.

Also sometimes with editting any template, etc I got 500 error that would fix by deactivating and activating elementor.

And it seems my patches are applying successfully as I apply them and again they are there. Maybe because of this error (attached image)

    Hello, mohammad,

We have made certain modifications to the file:

    xstore/framework/patcher.php
These changes should resolve the issue. Kindly review and verify the fix on your end. Additionally, the modifications will be included in the next theme update.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Also it seems there is a conflict between the theme and elementor as I get 500 error time to time and it just fixes by deactivating and activating elementor.
