Support Request – Missing Volume Selection & Stock on Product Page

    Dear XStore Support Team,

    I recently purchased the XStore theme and have been setting up my website. Overall, the theme is working great, but I encountered an issue with the product page. The volume selection (e.g., 20ml, 30ml) and stock availability are not appearing on my product pages.

    I have attached two screenshots for reference:

    My website’s product page, where the volume selection and stock are missing.
    XStore demo product page, where the volume selection and stock are visible.

    Could you please guide me on how to fix this issue? Let me know if you need any further details.

    Please note that during the import of demo content, attributes and variations may not always be imported completely, which may have caused this issue.

    Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
