    Hello XStore support,

I am experiencing an issue with pagination on the product listing pages (PLP) of my WooCommerce store using the XStore theme. When I click on any page number to navigate and view more products, the page keeps loading indefinitely, and no request is made.

    Issue details:

When I manually paste the URL, e.g., https://montgomeryguns.com/product-category/shotguns/page/2/, pagination works correctly.
However, clicking on the pagination buttons within the store does not generate any network request (verified in the browser console).
I have tried disabling plugins and clearing the cache but the issue persists.
    Current environment:

    Theme: XStore (latest version installed)
    WooCommerce (latest version installed)
    WordPress (updated version)

    Console logs:
I checked the browser console and found the following errors, which might be relevant:

Downloadable font error: download failed (font-family: “Lato”)
    Scroll-linked positioning warning
HTTP/2 404 error for missing font file
I have attached screenshots of the issue.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this problem. Thank you!

    Hello, Micksc62,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please provide temporary FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
