Dear WooCommerce Support,
I am experiencing an issue with variable products on my WooCommerce store (https://velagems.com/product/lustre/). When I use the “Generate Variations” feature to create variations, the product displays on the front end as:
“This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.”
I have already checked the following settings:
The price is correctly set for each variation.
The stock status is set to “In Stock” for all variations.
Interestingly, when I manually add variations one by one (instead of using the “Generate Variations” option), the product appears correctly as available on the front end.
Additionally, I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
✅ Used the WooCommerce Tools to clear transients and recount terms.
✅ Cleared the site cache and browser cache.
I also noticed that when I generate the first 26 variations, it works fine and the product shows as available. However, when I attempt to generate another 26 variations (increasing the total to 52), the issue returns, and the product is marked as out of stock even though the stock status and price settings are correct.
Moreover, when I try to add a 31st variation, the product on the front end immediately shows as “out of stock and unavailable.” This suggests that WooCommerce might be limiting the number of variations or there may be a setting or configuration conflict.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I’d appreciate your guidance on why the generated variations are not showing as available despite the correct settings.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Benz
