Hello, I’m using photography demo site and noticed that I can only edit product short description on WP editor. Normal description is only accessible through WP Bakery editor. I was wondering if it’s the only way to access it. My client is less tech savy, so it’s not that simple to explain how to change description on WP bakery.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The product description in the Photography demo site is designed to be edited using WPBakery Page Builder, as it allows for more advanced customization and layout options.

If your client prefers a simpler way to edit the product description, you may consider disabling WPBakery for the product description field (WPBakery Page Builder Settings > Role Manager > disable editor for products). Additionally, you can guide them through the process with step-by-step instructions or provide a basic tutorial to make it easier for them to manage.

For demo products, you will need to manually remove the content created by the WPBakery plugin from this section: https://prnt.sc/Omv_YUaiddE5

We hope this information is helpful.

    Best regards,
