Product Slider arrow not working, Main Hero slider arrow overlapping, Category structure issue

    Subject: Extremely Disappointed – So Many Issues in Your Theme!

    I am really frustrated with the number of issues in this theme. How can a premium theme have such basic problems?

    Product Slider arrows are not working at all.
    Main Hero Slider arrows are overlapping—this is a serious design flaw.
    Category structure gets messed up while loading the page.
    Despite adding Google Reviews, still showing after too much time.
    I didn’t expect such a poor performance. This needs to be fixed ASAP! Let me know how you plan to resolve these issues.

    The error with the Product Slider arrows was due to a recent update of the Elementor plugin. We have already resolved the issue. To apply the fix to your website, you will need to implement the necessary patches – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

    Regarding the other issues you mentioned, we kindly ask you to provide us with screenshots and links to the relevant pages. Additionally, please grant us temporary WP-admin access so that we can investigate and assist you more effectively. We need to check your settings.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    Hello Rose,

    your patch about category slider arrows is not working. We installed it and its not working.

    We roleback elementor and with an older elementor version its working.

    I have implemented all updated Patchers but
    Still not working product slider?
    font issues? (I have set montserrat font on backend but still footer not loaded)
    Category section on homepage layout issues while page load
    I have used google review plugin but it taking too much time to show review?
    Too many errors in your theme very bad theme never recommended other??????

    So please fix all my above issues ASAP I have shared Login detail with you in private area

    I hope you are doing well.

    Could you kindly confirm which patches have been installed? Provide us the screenshots of the installed ones. Because upon reviewing the Patch List on your dashboard, it appears that none have been activated (as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/m5X5fi4df866).

    We would appreciate it if you could activate the necessary patches as they contain the fixes for the mentioned issues you said and verify whether the issues have been resolved.

    yes i have applied all patcher plz check again still not fix issues????????
