Hey There Guy’s.

Thanks for all the amazing support you have provided so far! I really appreciate it 🙂

I have two questions relating to the Homepage Product Scrollers:

1) When visiting my site in mobile view, 2 products appear for each product slider I have on the homepage, then have a large gap underneath. So for example on the “Best Selling Products” in mobile view 2 products are next to each other. How do I get this to only display 1 product? I presume if only one product is displayed the gap underneath would disappear too?

2) Is there the ability to make the product scrollers scroll automatically?

Hello,

1) Could you please provide us with a link to your site and wp-admin access.
2) Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t support such feature.

Hello,

You can change products display in admin panel > Pages > select your Home page, edit Products element in Visual Composer and select Display Type > Grid.
If the problem is still there please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials.

Hi There Eva,

Unfortunately that just lists the products on the homepage, it doesn’t keep the scrolling facility 🙁

Any suggestions?

Hello,

Sorry, but there is no such possibility to keep slider and show only 2 products one after another. There are 2 products shown due to responsiveness. For example, if you check on ipad you’ll see 3 products displayed in the slider.
If you have necessary skills you may try to customize theme files to your needs.

Ok is there the possibility of just showing one on a mobile device? As when you visit the site on an iphone for example the homepage layout looks incredibly messy

You can make only one product to display in Pages > Home page > select Products element, find the field “Number of items on phones” and write the number of products you want to be shown in slider on phone devices.
