Theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files

At first I had the fatal error message on the website after the woocommerce update. This has been fixed but what I did not realize until now is that on every product page the Description, Reviews and the Custom tab are missing. Also the bottom footer is missing from every page except Home page. More critical is that on the Check out page I now have 2 Paypal checkouts. I believe this is due to outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. Please help resolve this matter.

Please update the theme to the latest version 1.9.
Create a back up of the files and database before update.
