Warming al guardar entradas, páginas y portfolio

He instalado en mi wordpress 4.1.1 idstore_theme_v.3.7. Cuando intengo guardar una entrada, un post o portfolio salta el siguiente error:

You need to increase the values of post_max_size. Should be no less than 20M.

Hello,

But before this change your upload_max_filesize was 20 or 40M and now it’s values is 2M. It should be no less than 20M too. Please increase the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to 20 or higher.

Ok, ya he subido los dos valores, pero sigue ocurriendo el mismo fallo. El error ocurre cuando actualizo o creo un nuevo proyecto en portfolio y en las entradas.
