Hi 8theme team,
I’m having troubles with checkout page. It seem that shipping methods is not visible on Internet Explorer.
Also, the option of login from checkout page doesn’t work.
Could you help me to fix it? I Attach the credentials below.

I notice that the option of “Hide shipping costs until an address is entered” were actived. Thanks for your help. :S So sorry.
Also, this option below is not working on the same checkout page.

In your style.css mentioned version 2.2. So, either you have updated only some files or have not updated theme correctly, because there are a lot of files from old theme version. Returning customer form does not work, because some code was missing in old version of etheme.js. We have added necessary code, but keep in mind you may face some other issues if theme was not updated.
Probably you made some changes in template files and site is very nice, but we recommend to place any changes in child theme to be sure that you do not break basic theme functions.

This issues were solved, but I notice that when you want to create an account as a customer the link redirect you to english page version. This didn’t happen before, how Can I fix it whithout edit/modify account’s code?

I’ve tried searching it in PHPmyadmin panel but I couln’t find it. I’ve tried deleting register pages and return to create it, and now,it shows the error 404 because the permalink is register-2, and I can’t change it now…
Please, help me, This shop is going to be open in two days, I’m not able to do it alone… Please, could you help me to fix it? I will be really greated.

I continue with the same problem of the link “Register” (you can try again to see: https://dressaddict.de/ – Anmelden) It goes to english version register instead of german resgister. I only need to know, how I can fix it. Where is the code, or the redirect path. Is it a Javascript? or Php?. I need to know where is programmed this sentence to modify it.
I’ve been waiting for 10 days to have a reply from support8team as you told me. The shop it’s open to public, it function very well, it only have this little issue.

Hi, I notice that “I forgot my password” is not working correctly. It sends you an email, but when you click the link to reset password it returns to login page instead of going to reset password page.

I notice some changes in the page, have you been working on fixing the page? I notice that shopping bag is not working correctly, when you add some product, the top bar change, and it doesn’t show shopping bag widget, only show the icon. It’s a strange behaivor.

I’ve been trying to solve this problem since 3 weeks ago. I’m very concerned about it. It seems that this topic is not of your interest, but this problem appears at the moment that you fixed another problem.
Futhermore, the link my account has the same problem, it goes to the english version.
We notice that something is wrong in the function “etheme_tpl2id()”, but I don’t know how to solve it. Some of the theme queries doesn’t recognize differents languages.
Please, could you try to solve it?

We’re very sorry for such long delay, but we couldn’t understand what caused the problem. Currently the Register link is redirecting to German page version.
Also we recommend you to contact wpml support, they may suggest you some solution.
I’ve tested the link to restore password and it redirects to the page where you’re suggested to enter a new password.

Hi,
Yes, now is redirecting to German version because I deactive English version (English page is in Draft status), but this is not the final solution, I need to have the two versions ready to funtion well.
Also, I contact to WPML support, they will contact you to work together so fix this issue. They told that some of the theme queries doesn’t recognize differents languages.
I succeded in fixing “reset password” alone, thank you.
Please, WPML contact is going to contact with you, maybe you could colaborate to fix this issue.
