When a product is out-of-stock, there is the button “more info” instead of the “add to cart” button. And this is right, but, clicking on “more info” it stucks on loader and nothing appens until clicking on another product where it show the red banner: “you can not add this product to cart” and this is referred to the previous out-of-stock product.
Hello,
Please provide us with link to the page and wp-admin access in Private Content.

ok
Hello,
Please update Visual Composer plugin https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Also remove “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and reupload it from the theme package of a new version.
After that check “More Info” button and clear browser cache.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.

Hello,
Please provide us with a page link where out-of-stock products are shown.
And give us FTP credentials.
Thank you.

For example, the home page below. search for “cream after sport” and click on “read more”.
Hello,
Please try to disable Ajax “Add To Cart” in Theme Options->Single Product Page.

Robert Hall.
perfect thanks. another thing, when I go into the categories “stones”, there are five pages. If I see all the pages and then I want to return to the previous page, I click on “previous page”. Go to the page of the shop, why?
Hello,
It’s because Ajax Filter function is enabled (Theme Options > Shop). “Go to previous page” loads the previous URL in the history list. But shop page is not reloaded if you use Ajax pagination and this method will not work, because the previous page in the history list is Home page, not the 1 shop page. Disable Ajax Filter in theme options if you use “go to previous page” on shop page.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Now everything is clear thanks
