Hello,
My client is a photographer who needs to be able to bulk upload images as products. I’ve bought and installed the WooCommerce Photography extension (http://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-photography/) which seems to serve the purpose.
Clearly the Royal theme isn’t entirely compatible with this extension (you need to ‘categorise’ the photos in order to get them to show in the shop). What’s involved in creating a ‘collection category’ page? When clicking through to a ‘collection category’ via the extension it brings up an unstyled page. Presumably it’s possible to style that page and use it within the shop?
Please do let me know if there’s a way to acheive this, paid or otherwise.
Many thanks
Seb

Eva, I am still seeking an urgent response to this.
Many thanks
Hello,
We’re sorry for the delay.
I’ve edited some files in wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory.
Please check collections category now.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
No problem Eva, thanks for looking at it.
The collections page still seems unstyled:

ANy ideas?
Hi Eva,
Are you working on this now? I was working on it too – I think our changes aren’t compatible!
Thanks
Seb
Hello,
If you check the page with default WordPress theme the content is displayed in list view there too and no sidebar is shown. Unfortunately we don’t customize 3rd-party plugins, it’s beyond of our basic support scope. Sorry. You have to contact developers concerning the templates customization.
Please take our apologies.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
No problem, thanks for your help.
Hello,
You’re welcome.
