How to add specific page such as our services or contact

I installed the demo content (Full Width boxed) like the directions stated in the documentation and it put in a lot of products and a home page (Full Width) I could edit. But what about the rest of the pages?

For instance I would like to just import the Our Services page and edit it as is:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/?page_id=16056

Or I would like to import a Contact page and edit it as is:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/woopress/?page_id=5063

Did I do something wrong importing? I don’t see all of these pages. Building with this Visual Composer thing is taking too long to learn, especially since I just want those pages as they are, (and the video tutorial in the documentation is out of date.) I thought I saw a demo of your theme somewhere where I could login, maybe that has all the demo pages.
