    Hi there, I’m having some problems with the checkout page and shopping cart page. It seems incomplete and it is like a dead end, with no where else to go (can’t complete the payment and registration). Also the add to cart button is not working as well.There is some minor problems as well and if i can’t fix it it will be probaly another topic issue.

    Hello,

    What theme version do you use? If it’s older than 3.4, then you should update it to the latest version: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/idstore/index.html#!/upgrade

    If update doesn’t help please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials.

    I’m using 3.4 version. It is the latest version but the problem still persist. Follow my credencials…

    Hello,

    There is an error regarding memory limit:
    Notice: Constant WP_MEMORY_LIMIT already defined in /home3/octopod1/public_html/monallisa.com.br/wp-config.php on line 92

    You have to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase memory limit to 128M or 256M.

    Hello,

    Yes, the issue should be fixed when you increase the memory limit value. Your hosting provider should do this for you.
