Featured Image gives error on clicking - by dpac56

Hi,

I have noticed a weird problem on some of the products – where on clicking the featured image an error of image not found is shown.

Mentioning the details in the private section below with links.

Please advise.

Hello,

I think I have found the problem. Apparently the Master Slider plugin was disabled when these products were uploaded and that could be causing this issue.

If you think that is the reason and there is no solution apart from uploading them again, please close this thread.

No, i did not mean the lightbox icon. I meant clicking on the large featured image itself. Please see the private content below.

Try to change permissions to 777 for the folder “04” in the directory wp-content/uploads/2015.
