    Hi,

I’ve resized my images to 555px x 741 px for my sinlge product page. I have added each image to the variations tabs on product page. But images appear distorted and cut, more like 500 x 300px…I’ve tried to resize again but does not work.
Also I’ve ticked on lightbox option but when I click on image nothing happens…
What sizes the images need to have to appear correct on single product pages?
    Please check http://balbucio.com.br/product/colares-geo/

I will need various customisation changes by the end of the week, do you offer this service? If I send you the list, would you be able to quote me for those?

    My email is: muriel@tropicaliz.com

    Thanks in advance,

    Kind Regards,

    Muriel

Please regenerate thumbnails after resizing them with “regenerate thumbnails” plugin.
Feel free to write on this forum. We will assist you in minor customization in most of the cases. If requested customization task requires development/adding special features to the theme we usually offer paid service which is currently not available because of big amount of work with themes update.

    Hi Brian,

Thanks for your reply. However, I think I explained badly. I haven’t touch any of the theme settings, nor change the dimensions on woocommerce/settings/products/display. I’ve just changed the dimensions on the actual pictures and upload different sizes to test on the product page (in the variations tabs) – So my question is, what size do i need to save/upload my image for it to be display correctly? When I save to 555px x 741px on .png, it appears distorted and cut…

Or do I do need to do the “regenerate plugin” as you said?

    Thanks

    Muriel

    Hello,

Your original images should have dimensions 1425px × 1900px approximately.
Please try to reupload them in high resolution.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for your help. Ok it works when I upload images on product pages/product gallery (on the right), but as I have several colours per product, I’m trying to upload them on the product pages, in the variations tabs, then I upload the right image for each colours (on each variation). So when the user go on single product page he can select the color and the appropriate image appear…you see what i mean? When I do that, it crops my images and distort them. What size do the original images have to have in this case?

    Thanks

    Muriel
