    Hello Support Forum,

I am really desperate. I installed and deleted wordpress plus woopress 4x. I followed the documentation, have all the right server configurations but visual composer still doesn’t work. The Frontend/backend editor is not visible when I want to edit a page. It only show up when all other plugins are deactivated.

I really don’t know what to do else. If it doesn’t work I would like to exchange the Woopress theme with Royal theme and hope that it works better with more downloads and adaptations.

    Thx

Puhh I don’t know what could be the reason?

The website is not down or anything and I can connect with Filezilla. I tried and it worked. Sorry but I don’t know what the problem is. Please try again.

I tried again and it works. Must be something on your site. I really would like finally to solve this problem cause I can’t continue to even build a custom page.

    Hello,

We’ve checked the issue with default WordPress theme and it is present there too. So the problem isn’t related to our theme. You can check it yourself.
We recommend you to reinstall WordPress on a clear database and install the theme again.
    Please try it.
Also you can ask your host to check error_logs on a server if there are any errors or notifications concerning your site.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Ok I will try that but I did this already 4x before I asked in this forum. And, the problems occure only after installing your theme with the plugins. Before everything works perfectly.

    Hello,

You can also try to set our theme on a local server to test this issue. Perhaps the problem is in the hosting.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.
