    Hi, Just noticed on my website that the product images on the homepage are missing (featured products) and the image src= “”. The featured images are set on the product pages and everything was previously fine. Also, on the product page when I click on the small images, the image won’t load. Any ideas? http://www.learngolflondon.com

    Hello,

    Does this issue persist with default theme too? Please check.
    Please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Thanks for your prompt response, Eva. I am waiting to be given the FTP access info. I am not a programmer, but did set up the theme myself. Is changing the theme just a simple case of temporarily activating a Twenty Ten theme? Without risk of loss to my Blanco settings? Admin access sent in private content. Thanks for your help.

    The web address should get you to the WordPress login page for the site, then the login and password should all be lower case. I will ask the original programmer if that doesn’t work. Thanks again.

    Yes, the problem was you provided the password starting with capital “J” and it should be “j”.
    As I see you have old theme version, now there is 2.9.2 version. Please update it to the latest version.
    If the update doesn’t help, please provide us with FTP credentials.

    I’m having problems backing up the site and downloading the latest theme version via both WordPress and FTP. Permissions are set correctly and now hopefully the programmer is looking at it.
    In the meantime, If you are able to see anything relating to the images via FTP, I would be grateful as I hope to advertise the site this week. I love the theme and now want to do it justice! Thank you for your help.

    Hello,

    As I see you’re still using the old Blanco Version 2.8. Please update it to 2.9.2 version. If the issue still persists after update, please let us know.
