Essential Grid Broken on iPhone - by zackherman

I am using the essential grid on the home page and it’s not loading on iPhone 6 (chrome & safari) and I’ve seen mixed results on an iPhone 5.

Works fine on a Galaxy S6.

I asked their support but since it’s bundled with your theme they told me that you guys support it.

Please help!

Could you please show a screenshot what content of your site you see on iPhone 6? Are you getting any errors?

I’ve already done this. It works on the regular WordPress theme. Also if you saw my original message, I said that it even works at /shop which doesn’t have Essential Grid

We tested the site on iPhone 6 and didn’t see any problems, all content was loaded fine.

I did check on other apple devices. That’s why I said iPhone 6. I even said in my first post that it works on some iPhone 5s. Do you guys read the entire post?
